I genuinely believe that management thought they would have had one of their big contracts signed, sealed and delivered by now, and that would have been their prima facie motivation for not doing a CR. A CR at these prices is problematic at beat, and let us see what they come up with.

I sincerely feel that if you had taken the time to go to the AGM and speak with the directors, you may be thinking otherwise about this company.

Of course, this is MHO, and I could be wrong.
