You need to read the DFS, WKT is meant to be building a dam in year 3 or 4 for the additional water supply the mine requires.
I hope that helps you with your research, but we might need names to point it out in 50 posts until you work out that it is a requirement,
BTW, have you finally worked out WKT only had $197k in cash at the end of the September QTR? And would you like to discuss how WKT can continue its operations as a going concern with only 800 tonnes secured in sales order?
