Like you, I think the Quebec government will have some alignment with Winsome regarding the road, but less so the national government. Assuming Quebec decides to help out it then becomes a matter of whether there are funds currently available that can be allocated in the next 12 months or so for the road to be ready by say the end of 2026 (so the company can meet it's stated timeline for developing the Adina minesite).
That I remain invested in Winsome is because I think Chris Evans and his team will likely prevail. However for the time being at least the road from Adina south continues to be a significant unresolved issue.
