I thought LTR was going through a growth phase?
I'd say your "Glass half full" analogy is overly optimistic.
Some contractors may have been let go, as part of the end of their contract, but full time staff seems incredibly unlikely. I suspect this is why LTR holders continue to get burned, blind optimisim.
