Yes I suspect you're right Hottod, it's the scenario that makes the most sense especially after looking through the patents. I did note in my research yesterday the indications you outlined, in that case it should follow that any undisclosed indications will be specified in a new patent application. Hopefully the scope of the patent application is wider than anticipated (ie a larger number of indications).
