Well Wonkers I was a happy camper throughout 20, 21 and into 22.. you may even find a few positive posts in the archives... but the last few years has changed all that.
At some point you will sell, the comments i make here will have zero impact on whenever or whatever price that may be for you.

I did comment that atleast there was no leak of the SP altering news prior. Its NY's job to keep it under wraps but also his job to perform in the ONLY metric that ultimately matters. The SP.
I think you would agree we have absolutly zero bearing on NY, his ideas or how EXR is run, and for good reason but ultimatly NY is responsible for the success of this company and therfore the SP. The buck always stops somewhere.
