Hi Croc, so you are now saying it’s WKT that’s the group that needs to hold the cash reserves, as I stated. Seemed pretty obvious as that’s what the Group usually means.
So WKT group needs to hold two current quarters of debt payments at all times. This item seems unrelated to the next sentence that is about Gemcorp being also entitled to cash sweeps from surplus cash above $5m, which they can apply against the principle.
so my interpretation is WKT are required to hold two current quarters of debt payments at all times and if WKT ever get in a position of a further $5m surplus cash then Gemcorp can take a sweep of the amounts over $5m.
