In Europe, the FTSE rose 15 points (.19%), the DAX rose 162 points (.85%) and the CAC rose 36 points (.48%).
Predictions that the BoE will cut interest rates by .5% after GDP data showed a .2% increase in August - it was zero in both June and July.
In the US, Q3 bank earnings reports are coming in above expectations.
The DOW rose 409 points (.97%), the NBI rose 89 points (1.90%), the NASDAQ Composite rose 60 points (.33%) and the Russell small cap index rose an impressive 45 points (2.10%).
US Treasury 10 year bond yield is sitting at 4.077%.
Oil prices fell - Brent crude is at US$78.67 per barrel.
Gold prices edged up to US$2,654 per oz.
BITCOIN surged to US$62,920.
