I asked this question at the webinar and Annie
immediately answered that she thought this was
a definite possibility then George took over and said that
it was more of a case of introducing it as a method
not a law, or words to that effect.
I would’ve like to have heard more of Annie’s
thoughts on the matter. It sounded like it
was something that had been given
consideration. I mean if you want to introduce a method
on something as important as this then surely you legislate it. It’s not like time isn’t of the essence.
