i suspect it is people who never had any intention of holding for drill results (or no intention of holding no more than a certain number), but were waiting for a SP run up pre-spud which hasn't eventuated (yet, perhaps) ...
hence why they didn't sell last week, and are scrambling now as they see their capital gains dwindle...
there may be one last run up to spud, but like I said before, its all academic now (for holders)
