Agreed ... which is why I suspect a major investor (able to provide the necessary finance) has decided to take the matter into its own hands while the gold price is running hot and fast-track the project once it has grabbed a big enough wad of dirt-cheap RXL shares via an off-market deal. But, as I have said, importantly this is just my layman's conclusion based on a number of what I believe to be relevant factors. I'm in no way offering financial advice. Interesting times ahead?
