That would explain alot.
Since I never bought ATW I assumed they bought both at the same time.
Still it shows that they bite off more than they could chew, which has given MYG their chance to get they hands on Gullewa, plus it might also show that when they took a good look at Gullewa it looked so great to them that even though it was not the right move financially, they felt they had to buy Gullewa.
Just my opinion.
