As I understand it the 13TCFT is spread over a number of drill sites.
This means that it will take a long time and a lot of money to complete sufficient exploration/appraisal wells to be sure that anywhere near 13 TCFT is likely.
The problem that I see is that if the first well fails, who will be willing and able to stump up further cash to drill more/enough wells to reach 13TCFT.
IMO - this is the main point (affecting MMR sp.) at present, relative to the MEO disaster - whether there will be sufficient commitment and funds to carry on searching after the failure of their first well.
