if Grimaldi has not spent the money yet...he will be going to get time to manage his money so none can get it even if he will lose the case...not much penalty I guess..pay 88million or go to few months or years correction centre..what will he choose....lawyers knows better which one can be better option for him...I reckon chm should do settlement with mmx and Grimaldi in this situation...CHM will be better off than going for appeal with either of this two...
