It might have been only a 9% discount on the 5 day VWAP but it is a 30% discount on the 14 day VWAP and down a whopping 60% from April when the JV giving VMM 50% of Belfast was announced.
IXR will be lucky to hold 4% of VMM after these new shares are issued, and how much did they pay for the privilege of funding VMM ?
Now where are those Feasibility Studies at ?
