100%, it's the economic climate, and nothing else. This can be easily proven by monitoring any other REE companies, or down stream processing.
It's best to keep reminding yourself that the current economic climate is a perfect buying opportunity for the next growth cycle. Cheap money will flow soon, Presidents will be decided, funding will be secured.
