To be a little bit fair, the remuneration resolutions have been worked out by probably the hardest working director, Dr Eckstein. His annual contribution is to come up with the numbers to be voted on. Of course, all in line with industry standards.

They are not 20m oppies but performance rights. These are different - there is no exercise price - 1 performance right simply equals a share.
