Key is not to pay much for this. MKG have had very limited success and their share price has tanked from 20 cents to 1 cent over the last few years. CW is a much sharper operator than the MKG management and could likely create synergies with their leases . Better The MKG shareholders get shafted than the AUE shareholders.
I was both till recently, and want AUE to continue its success.
