Performance rights should be linked to mc only not for doing thier job they are paid to do, if they do their job well reap the rewards if not then get your salary and wait for better times to milk the cow , I don’t care if the board award themselves 100s of millions of performance rights if they are growing the mc by an amount to warrant them , I have serious questions when boards reward themselves when the market cap is down 80% , I never questioned their performance rights when the mc was 2b and I won’t again but to pay yourselves on poor shareholder value is ludicrous to agree with regardless of what you have made or lost it is not right for this time around and stinks of greed and obviously no regard for the share holder which is what we pay them to do , im a part owner of the company and have every right to call them out
