Tubatse:
Tubatse comprises 3 farms. One farm was not contested and Beng do not seem to have a firm case on Eerstegeluk. That leaves Nooitverwacht. Does it make any sense for the Beng. to proceed with development of a deposit comprising only this farm?

Have no idea regarding the state of the relationship between Roka and Beng, but common sense would say that Beng should allow any of their rights on Nooitverwacht to be included within the wider projet and in return get a % share in Genorah or a royalty. From the court judgement it seems the community (must be Roka)has 5% of Genorah so we would not be looking at much for the Beng. rights.

So the scare tactics of NKP/Genorah being criminals, community bashers, mass murderers, aliens abducting locals blah blah blah is put to bed and we can think about the real economic issues at play.

Garatau:
Here we must now wait for clarification on the discussions between Anglo,ARM,Genorah,NKP and DMR. Again common sense would say that best way forward is to reach a mutually beneficial settlement rather than fight this through legal process possibly indefinitely. Major hurdle may be 50% of the full project for all development costs but even if Anglo / ARM manage to get 60% or even 70% it will give an immediate boost to NKP.
