Ozrider , yes the directors have awarded themselves options ,and DT as part of a previously negotiated wage package .

Whether you agree or disagree with the terms ,I dont really care .

The main point for me , is that there is a huge incentive for Mmanagement to get the share price up as high as they can possibly get .Every cent above the strike price is a big incentive for them .It doent matter if they paid for them or not ,the incentive is just the same .
