I know that company is judged ultimately on the SP for investors, and yes people invest to make money that's a given and yes companies watch the SP register very closely to see what's going on, whom might be accumulating or selling, PH has previously stated that nothing has been seen that causes concern.
My argument is if the SP or MC is the only metric used to measure management performance particularly on the ASX it is a very skewed view, e.g. you can have a gold stock announcing it has hit an intersection of quality gold and bang share price goes up 3 or 400%, on a lot of occasions this is sustained even though the company may have little means of producing, extracting or monetising the find with a low MC, does that mean management are fan bloody tastic SP went up, absolutely in Aus.

IMU has the problem that when it announces good news the SP ultimately goes down, has done for two years. If one looks at the most recent rise and fall. the rise started on or about 26/08/24 volume increased slightly on the 27th thru to the 02/09/24 where massive volume came in SP peaked at about .068c on Azer-cell ann, then as usual down back to where it started a week later. The company put out 5 company/share related ASX announcements in September alone, 2 were Market sensitive, they also put out 3 investor updates and 1 newsletter and that was just last month, yep SP went down.

Are you sure crying holders jumping off caused SP decline? I certainly am not sure, some yes but not in the volumes seen, was the last pump so Precision could unload there share tranche as a part of AzC acquisition, I think more likely, they need cash too not shares in another Bio who will have to pay them more on success.
Can't answer everything but do offer what I think is alternate view, we have been promised information "We anticipate a busy end
to the year and look forward to bringing you more via the ASX and our other communication channels." PH words last month not mine.

So yes we wait or we hop off the train, or as some do whine, bitch and moan and call management pigs, or take the time check out the Company Updates, Newsletters and Corporate Presentations, much better for ones mental health and we wait.
