whats your point? Disclose surcharges or incorporate them? It sounds like you think a cost disappears when it’s not itemised, if I want to use a service then it’s not only unreasonable but illogical to think I won’t pay for it If a merchant is doing the wrong thing then prosecute that, all this song & dance is just political blame shifting directed at people who only get as far as headlines, it;s all BS!!! All you’ll achieve is people paying cash will end up subsidising electronic payments… great success
