My question is, why are we only hearing about the Roka-Phasha Phokwane Tribal Authority challenge now?

Genorah and Nkwe have had 12 months or more to prepare a defense in the court case, yet they have waited until they have lost the case before they drop this little tid bit of information.

In my opinion, if it was a strong argument, it would have been brought up in court and already heard. I hate to say it but it could just be Nkwe and Genorah making a bit of a smoke screen to cover a major stuff up.

It might just be me, but I honestly cannot believe a word that comes out of their mouth, and that is the main reason I sold most of my holdings over the last month. If it was'nt for the great resource I would have sold out a long time before that.

Someone once told me that you invest in management more than anything else, and this is a great example. If Nkwe was managed properly we would have a BFS already out and a share price well ahead of the current one, even with the current issues.
