maid2cook, i think there is a great deal of importance in pursuing any avenue that may lead to the concourt reversing itself, as this could provide closure to this whole mess.

if DMR reissue prospecting rights to genorah, you can bet your bottom dollar beng will take it up in the corts again, now with a concourt precedent to their name.

if the highest court in SA has made an error in fact, it has a responsibility to correct itself.
