Seaemay - For an "Investor", you spend an awful lot of time worrying about the day-to-day price action.
In my experience folks who focus this much on the little picture either:
a) Have too much exposure to the stock
b) Not confident in their valuation
Solution - Change the situation. Sell some stock... Only own what you couldn't give a rats about losing.
But personally, I think you should follow your own suggestion - Stop watching and be confident in your analysis.
