This is the problem across the board and not limited to DRE. Small cap explorers have been hammered down for the past 2 years with no signs of a reversal in the foreseeable future. Doesn't matter what they discover it has no impact on the SP and the trend continues elsewhere. Long term hold for me one day the market will reverse.
