Geez mate - 9 years of that rubbish! Must definitely build some character on your part in letting it go!
For somebody so concerned about how management run the company, he seems to want to do very little to actually engage with them and find out for himself more about what is happening. At least, that's the only reason I can imagine he posts such nonsense around what the Team are doing, or not according to himself.
Oh well, it takes all types to turn the world, even the Karens, so just have to shrug the shoulders and have a little laugh. I know there are a few here who do that and simply remind themselves "That's just Bucky - our resident whiner".
For the first time I looked at some of the other threads he comments on - I see the theme now:
