I don't think that I have ever seen so many "maybes" "possibly s", "I think that", in one HC post.
Auditors are not like an advertising agency where one needs to feel "comfortable" with them as they are like a policeman checking that everything is correct and above board.
I don't really think there is anything wrong but, if I thought that management changed because they were more comfortable with the new auditor, then I would be scared.
