I still want to see what hapens to Forestania. CLZ paid 50k deposit . CLZ still owes $350k balance to Ridivian .Either Ridivium lets it go and they keep the $50k, or Ridivian, holds them to the agreement & CLZ is placed into receivership . Over the last 4 years Deano has made a lot of money maybe 2 mill.
Where are the evironmental bonds , to fill in the decline at Kat gap .Bill Johnston the minister of mining who gave them the mining lease is gone.
There are people that have come on here & they know stuff. What are they up to now?
Love to know the state of affairs at Kat Gap.
Bet the Gekko is only worth about 250k in a firesale , and that is if it could be sold which is doubtful
What ever money that was left has probably been distributed now , hence the retirement from the board.
Surely it is trading insolvent now , but the directors , still have obligations & responsibilities. Fairly soon , we might see more retirements from the board & notification of receivership.Who knows ?
How long can this go on for, when is the AGM that was cancelled .
