I really doubt it's a deal or anything commercial related. If it was, the reason would have stated so, rather then pertaining to our counterparty.
I am more concerned that there is something in our release that did not sit well with our counterparty (EV1). This would explain the unusual timing and the wording.
I hope I'm wrong but after holding for close to 15 years, you could forgive me for expecting the worst
