Unbreakable, CFD's can be detrimental to good risk management due to their built in leverage. Maybe trading low volumes of shares (thus removing leverage and the middle man) might be something you should take a look at?
I always find that if something isn't working I should stop doing it and find something that does. Low leverage and sticking to KISS principle makes it less stressful to find something that works and limits the damage you can do to your all important trading capital. Capital must be protected at all costs, even if that means stopping trading for a while. Sometimes the best trade is not to trade.
Any trader that hasn't had a rough patch is lying...
