BPH is trading at circa $15 million market cap. We have about 1.1 billion shares on issue and will look to issue another , say 500 million, giving us about 1.6 billion shares on issue. If you say we are on par with BPH, but really we're not because we have a bigger % and tax free status and we will get just over $4.1 million converted to Advent stock a month before drilling, then that works out to a share price of just over $0.009 which is almost double your money....and with the NOPTA approval being made public i can't see how it is going to get back to the $0.005 raise price. You also haven't factored in the BPH to MMR swap that will likely happen.
All in my opinion but i think shareholders would be mad not to take up their rights
