"Shareholders of Innamincka Petroleum have unexpectedly opposed a $A150 million merger with Drillsearch Energy. At the shareholders' meeting on 14 December 2010, 40.3 per cent of the shares voted against the scheme of arrangement. The deal was opposed by Singapore-based Republic Investment Management, which holds a 14.7 per cent stake."
