My issue is that they do not state who or why they are issuing these shares to.

This simply instills distrust within the shareholders.

I feel this company still has great potential however, I have dumped by holdings at a tidy profit. My thinking is that many of the people buying in these last few days will sell their shares at a loss once they realize how illiquid this stock is. Once this occurs and the price is back down around 0.15-0.20 I will consider getting back on board.
