I would expect that there would be no need to use any awarded Priority Review Voucher to shorten the FDA review time for PYC-003 in PKD as PYC-003 will hopefully qualify for Priority Review in its own right.
In fact, I would be hopeful that all of PYC's current drug candidates would qualify for FDA Priority Review - see qualifying criteria below.
If so, it would make sense to sell any awarded PRVs for the US$100m+ that these vouchers typically fetch.
