They Did 5 drills.
I'd assume the first drill was into the 50 metre wide peg, at around 45 deg, for a cross at 25m to 50m.
Second drill, probably from the same rig position, but more angle to drill under the first drill, if it was me I would have had 25m separation early stage.
If the second hole got the same width as first, I would have backed up the rig and put down a 3rd hole, probably crossing 50m under the 2nd.
If same intercept or better, we would have surface to about 100 to 125m down.
I would leave it at that and move the rig 100m on same strike and repeat.
I do not think all drills were from the same pad based on 5 holes, in x days at x meters a day.
Points to reasonably shallow holes.
I think initially the plan was shallower drilling, but if decent intercepts and increasing at depth.
You would re do your plan.
They initially, I would, drill no deeper than 150m and get the entire strike covered.
Alot more coverage on a shallow pass.
I do things in layers, surface to x. Reason is you need to understand dip, how structures relate.
Esp if you get it consistent over 500m or more.
Ibby, a few, questions for you.
If you got a bad result, would you increase your spend?
Would you add rigs?
If you got average surface to say 125m, would you just go deeper hoping?

A geo, the thrill is not money, the thrill is following breadcrumbs and working it all out to get discovery.
Often exploration takes years, so a geos mindset is very different to a non geo.
