They will always push whatever agenda suits them, but I think their actual influence when it comes to A2M is usually overstated. If other funds are generally taking a similar view then it would at least explain the past week or so. To me it seems the analysts have little company-specific information to go on and so are therefore relying on the macroecononic indicators from China to do their forecasting for them. But you have to remember that A2M has generally outperformed the market in which it is operating over the past year or so.
