    Is 2.38 cheap for this stock. Chart wise it's cheap but lately there has been a bit of funny business going on like massive buy line. Then disappears. Then a massive sell line then diappears. It appears to be a shorters dream. Can anyone give me a take on sgt. Is it worthy as a stock to buy for the div or steer clear of it. Any advise would be great ?
