I'll have a go at answering your question.
No-one knows if RES will have a market cap of $120 million at production ... I certainly hope not! But in this fickle game you never know.
Too many differences between RES and CCC to accurately compare. As you have already stated CCC are a producer, RES are not .... yet!
Each has defined reserves of differing quantity, and presumably, quality. They have different synergies and efficiencies of mining, and therefore different expenses. They have different management profiles with different plans, and potentials. It just depends which one suits you.
I've decided to go with RES, but have been keeping an eye on CCC too.
Not that it really matters, but I did notice that the most recent research report put CCC market cap @ $192 Million
