Ok, I think I've nutted it out. We know the delay is originating from NAMCOR (this is confirmed by numerous sources) - this is 'likely' one of the core reasons (they are dealing with other priorities in the very short term - and looks like it's now largely under control):

Based on everything I'm seeing and hearing, we are completely fine - this is outside of our immediate control, but the vision for Namibia and it's O&G superpower future has not changed. Patience.
