I believe there is a new standard for JORC compliance and to stop outrageous creative NPV's being created with outlandish estimates of mineral values,it requires pricing at the day of the report generation or something to that effect and only resources that can be economically mined are to be included. That I believe also is to stop inclusion of resources that can never be economically mined from being included to crank up resource numbers to make miners look better.
