Now I can tell you from experience that you can have a farm worth many millions but the earnings percentage is piss weak but the capital gains over the years whilst it sustains you will make you and your family wealthy but it is never treated as a trading asset unless you want out permanently . Now no-one so far has considered that CBA if they keep ripping everyone off may raise their divy. I find it strange that I have been around CBA since it floated and have listened to all the same crap for many years how its over priced , low earnings etc etc but like Berger paint it keeps on keeping on. I am going to add one to Bobs wave machine!! not sure if its the 5th wave going up or the 2nd wave coming down but my wave reckons in 10yrs CBA will be $300 bucks a share. I just hope I will be still here to blow a bit of smoke up Bobs arse or vis versa lol!
