If its market Cap falls below a point which takes it out of an MSCI world index it'll eventually result in forced selling from a range of ETFs as it's no longer within their mandate. Given ETFs are now such a big portion of the market that's potentially a very meaningful amount of volume.
I care insofar as it may result in a large overshoot on the downside as the ETFs progressively need to sell down. I'm still sitting at a third-half of a position waiting for this downside trend to play out.
