Woodside currently have no direct interest in Pel87 h3nce the drama with 3D seismic.
My Guess is they will offload their share once they have it.
As for the why? No idea
if PCL can nullify this agreement on the basis that 180 days (6 months) has lapsed, i would suggest they offer no more than 40% to potential major, more free holes and more cash
