Are you saying they should raise the 50 million from current holders, or to give shareholders some of the shares and then have the 50 million dollar ipo?
I would much rather for them build up some cash to fund the company and issue all the shares to current holders. It could be a real boom for current holders.
I am sure there are a few options but if Kcn don't need the cash they should be patient and drill it more to make it more valuable. A few million dollars' worth of drilling and some big gold and silver hits might find a lot of extra resource.
