The delay in POSCO's Sejong plant is more bad news.
"The Chinese are absolutely astounded at this complete lack of any strategic planning by the West" - ROFL. They're not the only ones. I've been banging on about it in here and NVX for the last 2 years. Unfortunately, quiet a few in NVX never understood. Excluding graphite for another 2 yrs from the $7.5k subsidies was a disgrace and admission of complete incompetence.
