The ED drug market in the US is $1.3bn per annum. If Spontan can get 10% market share (and that is being stupidly conservative imho), then the MC of LTP should be at least 10x what it is currently. That is the value proposition here.
The risk of the FDA knocking this back is as close to zero as it can be. It’s a drug that’s been around for a while. I don’t see how changing it from oral absorption to nasal delivery would change its safety/side effect profile much (besides halving the required dose which is only a positive for us).
So in summary, you have a very low risk, very high reward play here.
