    total payment volume not total processing volume

    the total payment volume is made up of all payment through B2B and B2C and SaaS fees

    however we can't charge for bank to bank transfer this is where SAAS fees applies

    So total payment volume is both SAAS Fees and processing volume including the B2B and B2C

    the % base used because of not just these factors but the fact that big volume customers will attract lower fees to the lower volume customers

    hopefully this makes sense
