The "polite refusal" thing I mean.
My rule of thumb is always BUY if a broker phones and suggests (or asks) you to sell.
Or always SELL if broker phones to suggest you BUY.
Years ago I posted that a John P at Hartley and P had just phoend to suggest I sell shares in a particular company.
My post suggested that the said company was obviously a BUY BUY BUY!.
Within 48 hours the company received a take-over offer and share price rocketed.
This interpretation would make Anvil a STRONG BUY!
